Perico Sambeat Quartet
This group plays original compositions by Perico, as well as jazz and music rooted in the latin tradition, specially arranged for this quartet. The music they play, though deeply involved in the jazz tradition, is also based on influences of contemporary music, african music, and flamenco. The quartet includes some of the most important musicians of their generation, and it´s been steady for many years, which guarantees the richness of the music, based on the musician´s continous interaction.

Perico Sambeat Quintet
This is the group that develops the flamnco side of Perico´s music in small format. Repertoire has mainly original compositions based on different flamenco "palos" (bulerías, siguirillas, tangos, tanguillos, rumba, etc...), always focused from a personal point of view, and enriched with jazz harmonic world. Perico is part of a generation that develops the relationship between flamenco and jazz on a serious and rigorous, and after his long extended experience with various flamenco artists (Gerardo Núñez, Enrique Morente, etc.), Perico exposes in this project all his knowledge of both worlds.. The group includes some of the most important musicians of Spain, people with whom Perico has been collaborating for years.
